Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Please allow the following timeframes for order processing and delivery:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend placing orders early to account for potential delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers and Sandals unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship to:

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. If there’s a price difference, we will charge or refund the amount accordingly.
