Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
